Ntesie Matemesie Dr. Bailey has selected the Ntesie Matemasie as the symbol for Visions In Action USA. It is an Adrinka symbol of the Ashanti people. It stands for training. This is also part of a longer expression, "Nyansa bun mu nne mate masie", meaning "I have heard it and kept it". Moreover, it symbolizes learning, knowledge and wisdom. It also represents the prudence of taking into consideration what another person has said.
